Title: Wesley's Pizza Dough

Yield: 1 Servings
3 | c | Flour |
1 1/4 | c | Lukewarm water |
1 | pk | Yeast |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
Mix all ingredients for about 2 minutes, and knead for ten minutes. Let rise in a warm place for about an hour. Punch it down, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Roll it out, top with anything you like (within reason...I don't think a fish'n'chip pizza would be very nice) and bake for about 30 minutes in a VERY HOT oven on a oiled baking pan lightly coated with cornmeal.
