Title: One-Pan Potatoes & Pepper Steak

4 | md | Potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch |

1 | lb | London broil, -- thinly |
Sliced | ||
1 | tb | Garlic pepper |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | Green bell pepper. -- cut | |
Into thin strips | ||
6 | To 10 minutes until tender |
While potatoes are cooking, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in
large skillet over high heat, add beef and toss for 3 minutes. Remove beef
add green pepper to skillet, toss 3 minutes. Add potatoes, saute 5
minutes. Add beef; toss until tender through. Season with salt. Serves 4.
