Title: One-Pan Potatoes & Pepper Steak

Yield: 4 Servings

4mdPotatoes, sliced 1/4 inch
  Thick & -- microwaved
  For--
1lbLondon broil, -- thinly
  Sliced
1tbGarlic pepper
2tbOlive oil
1 Green bell pepper. -- cut
  Into thin strips
6 To 10 minutes until tender

While potatoes are cooking, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat, add beef and toss for 3 minutes. Remove beef add green pepper to skillet, toss 3 minutes. Add potatoes, saute 5 minutes. Add beef; toss until tender through. Season with salt. Serves 4. Typed by Ethel Snyder Date August 17, 1997
