Title: Hot Mexican Potato Salad

1 | lb | Potatoes |
1/4 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Picante sauce |
2 | tb | Lime juice |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | lg | Tomato - chopped |
1/4 | c | Green onions |
This is a good potato salad recipe for hot weather
cut up potatoes. (new potatoes are great for this recipe) add 1/4 cup water. Microwave - covered - 100% 9-11 minutes Drain
Then, Microwave sauce, lime juice and pepper uncovered 45-60 sec - till heated
Stir sauce into potatoes with tomato and onions.
