1/4 | c | Wine Vinegar |
1/4 | ts | Mustard, Dry |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Black Pepper |
1 | lg | Garlic, Clove, Minced |
1 | tb | Basil, Fresh, Chopped |
2 | | Sprigs Fresh Thyme, Chopped |
1 | | Sprig Fresh Marjoram, Chop |
1 | tb | Scallion, Minced |
* Tomatoes should be peeled and sliced.

Place tomato slices in serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and
pour over tomatoes. Toss lightly. Chill for 1 hour or longer before
serving.
