Title: Potatoes with Chives

1 | lb | Washed New Potatoes, with skins on |
5 | fl | Soured Cream |
3 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Garlic Wine Vinegar |
2 | tb | Snipped Chives |
Salt and Pepper |
Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
