Title: Spanish Poor Mans Potatoes

3 | tb | Olive oil |
4 | md | Potatoes in 1/8 " slices |

1 | Clove garloc, crushed | |
1 | tb | Finely chopped parsley |
Heat oil in a 9" skillet.Add the potato slices in layers and sprinkle each layer with salt. Turn the potatoes to coat with the oil.
Lower the heat and cook the potatoes, covered, until they are tender,lifting and turning occasionally. This will take about 20 minutes.
Increase the heat so that some of the potatoes brown. Sprinkle in the garlic and parsley and serve immediately.
