8 | oz | Cream cheese, cubed |
1 1/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
4 | c | Potatoes, thinly sliced |
2 | ts | Chives, chpd |
In lg saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper; stir over low
heat until smooth. Add potatoes and chives; mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2
quart casserole; cover. Bake 350 deg, 1 hour, 10 mins or until potatoes are
tender. Stir before serving. Can make this ahead but don't cook,
refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake as directed.
