Title: Potatoes with Juniper Berries

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/2 | lb | Potatoes, peeled and coarsly grated |
1/4 | ts | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 | Red bell pepper, seeded and diced | |
6 | Crushed juniper berries |
Place potatoes in a colander and rinse well under cold running water. Do not drain, but place them in a skillet with other ingredients. Cook gently, turning occasionally, for 1/2 hour. Add water sparingly, as needed.
