Title: The Best Potato Salad

1tbParsley, chopped
2cMayonnaise
1/4tsPepper
2tbCider vinegar
1 Env. Hidden Valley dressing mix
2tsSugar
1tsSalt
2tsPrepared mustard
8lgPotatoes, boiled and chopped
4 Eggs, hard cooked and chopped

Mix all ingredients except potatoes and eggs. Pour mixture over potatoes and eggs and toss. Serve immediately or chill.
