Title: Gourmet Potato Soup

1/2 | lb | Fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 | Onion, chopped | |
3 | tb | Butter or margarine |
3 | tb | Flour |
2 | c | Milk |
3 | c | Chicken broth |
2 | c | Potatoes, peeled and chopped |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tb | Parsley |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Sour cream and chives, to | ||
Garnish, optional | ||
Parmesan cheese, to garnish | ||

Slice mushrooms and saute with onions in butter until soft, but not brown. Stir in flour. Add liquids, potatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
