Title: Onion Soup with Potatoes

Cooking oil | ||
3 | Onions, chopped | |
Salt | ||
1 | qt | Whole milk |
Parsley |
Peel and boil potatoes. In cooking oil, saute onions. Drain the potatoes and mash with the onions. Add a dash of salt and milk. Simmer, slowly, almost to a boil. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley.
