Title: Potato Filling

Yield: 1 Batch
1/4 | c | Butter |
1 | c | Chopped celery |
1 | c | Chopped onion |
4 | Potatoes, medium-sized | |
1 | Egg, slightly beatne | |
2 | Bread slices, torn into small pieces |
Saute in skillet butter, celery and onion.
Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. When done, prepare as for mashed potatoes. Mix egg and bread into potatoes. Add onions and celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put into greased baking dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350F. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
