Title: Creamy Leek Potatoes

2 | lg | Potatoes, chopped |
30 | g | Butter |
1 | Clove garlic, crushed | |
1/2 | sm | Leek, finely chopped |
1/2 | ts | Seasoned pepper |
Boil, steam or microwave the potatoes until tender; drain, mash well. Return potato to hot pan, stir over heat for about 1 minute until dry. Heat butter in pan , add garlic, leek and pepper, and cook until the leek is soft.Add potato, stir until combined and heated through.
