6 | md | Potatoes |
2 | lg | Vidalia onions |
1 | c | Ranch dressing |
1 | c | Grated mild cheddar cheese |
Slice potatoes and onions. Boil in salted water until tender; drain. Place potatoes and onions in 10 by 13 inch glass dish. Top with ranch dressing, then with cheese. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Note: may cover and bake in microwave 4-5 minutes on high.
