Title: Better Than Pizza Potatoes

4 | ts | Butter flavored sprinkles |
1/4 | ts | Oregano leaves, crushed |
1/4 | c | Red & green bell peppers, |
| | Chopped |
1/2 | c | Canned diced tomatoes, draid |
4 | tb | Shredded lowfat mozzarella |
| | Cheese |
| | Extra spicy seasoning to |
| | Taste |
Slice open tops of baked potatoes. Scoop potato from shells into bowl; add
buttered flavored sprinkles and mix well. Add oregano, red and green
peppers and diced tomatoes, mix well. Spoon into potato shells. Sprinkle
with cheese. Top with diced tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 10
minutes or until potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted. Shake on
extra spicy seasoning to taste.
