Title: Roasted Pesto Potatoes

3/4 | c | Store bought pesto |
1 1/2 | lb | Red potatoes -- cut into 1 " |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together the pesto and the potatoes. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
