Title: Herb-Smoked Potatoes

2 | tb | Olive oil |
1/4 | ts | Liquid smoke |
16 | Red new potatoes, cut in half | |
1 | tb | Rosemary, minced |
Black pepper to taste |
Combine the oil and liquid smoke. Add to the potatoes with the pepper and rosemary. Stir until potatoes are well coated. Wrap the potatoes in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven 25 minutes, or until tender. Serve warm or at room temperature.
