Title: Creamed Potatoes Topped W/ Onion Rings

1 | pk | Betty Crocker potato buds (make for 12) |
1 | c | Heavy or whipping cream WHIPPED |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1/4 | ts | Dry lemon peel Salt to taste |
2 | sm | French-fried onion rings cans |
Prepare potatoes according to directions for 12 servings. Allow to cool
while grating the cheese and whipping the cream to a firm peak stage. Fold
in cheese, seasonings and 1 can of onion rings. Fold in whipped cream
separately. Place in Pam-sprayed 3-qt. glass casserole dish. Sprinkle the
other can of onion rings on top. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350^. May be made
ahead and kept in refrigerator and baked next day. Source: Made With Love
