Title: Creamed Potatoes Topped W/ Onion Rings

Yield: 11 Servings

1pkBetty Crocker potato buds (make for 12)
1cHeavy or whipping cream WHIPPED
1cCheddar cheese, grated
1/4tsDry lemon peel Salt to taste
2smFrench-fried onion rings cans

Prepare potatoes according to directions for 12 servings. Allow to cool while grating the cheese and whipping the cream to a firm peak stage. Fold in cheese, seasonings and 1 can of onion rings. Fold in whipped cream separately. Place in Pam-sprayed 3-qt. glass casserole dish. Sprinkle the other can of onion rings on top. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350^.
