Title: Cottage Potatoes

6mdPotatoes
1/4lbCheddar cheese, shredded
1 Pimento, diced (optional)
1smGreen pepper, diced
1mdOnion, diced
1/2slWhite bread, diced
1/2cMargarine, melted
1tsSalt
1/2tsGarlic salt
1/2tsCelery salt
1tsParsley flakes dried or fresh
1cMilk

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; cool and dice in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients except milk. Mix lightly and turn into a shallow pan or dish. Pour milk over potatoes.
