6 | md | Potatoes |
1/4 | lb | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 | | Pimento, diced (optional) |
1 | sm | Green pepper, diced |
1 | md | Onion, diced |
1/2 | sl | White bread, diced |
1/2 | c | Margarine, melted |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Garlic salt |
1/2 | ts | Celery salt |
1 | ts | Parsley flakes dried or fresh |
1 | c | Milk |
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; cool and dice in large
bowl. Add rest of ingredients except milk. Mix lightly and turn into a
shallow pan or dish. Pour milk over potatoes. Bake at 350^ for 1 hour.
