1/4 | c | Pimiento -- chopped |
1/2 | cn | Green chiles, diced -- 4oz |

Blend cream cheese into mashed postaotes, add egg, salt, chopped onion pimiento and green chiles. Mix well. Bake in a quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350, longer, if using shallow casserole. **Note from Freddie: People always seem to like the cream cheese potato recipes.
