1 | cn | Cream of celery or mushroom soup |
1/8 | ts | Black pepper |
4 | c | Potatoes, sliced |
1 | c | Cheddar Cheese, shredded dash of paprika |
1/4 | c | Milk |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Onion, sliced |
1 | tb | Margarine |
Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper into a Pam sprayed 1 1/2 quart shallow
baking dish. Arrange alternate layers of onion, potatoes, cheese and soup
mixture. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake for 1
hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake another `15 minutes until done.
