Title: Canary-Style Potatoes / Papas Arrugadas

1 1/2 | lb | Small new potatoes |
3 | cl | Garlic |
1/4 | Dried chili pepper | |
1 | ts | Cumin seeds |
1 | ts | Paprika |
1/4 | pt | Wine vinegar |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
Fresh ground pepper to | ||
Taste | ||
2 | ts | Parsley |
Scrub the potatoes and boil them in generously salted water. Drain, cut them in halves and put into a serving dish. Pound the garlic, de-seeded chili pepper and cumin seeds. Mix with the salt and paprika and stir into the vinegar and oil. Season with pepper and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to garnish.
