Title: Broccoli & Potatoes W/ Dill

2 | md | Red potatoes, cut in 1" |

1/2 | c | Fresh dill sprigs |
1/2 | lb | Broccoli (about 1 1/4 c.) |
3 | Scallions, minced | |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | ts | Fresh dill, minced |
Black pepper |
Steam potatoes over boiling water containing the dill sprigs for about 5 min. Add broccoli and steam until vegetables are tender, about another 5 min.
Place potatoes and broccoli in large bowl and add scallions, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Toss well.
Serve warm as a side dish, or chill for about 1 hr and serve as a salad.
