2 | sm | Onions |
3 | tb | Butter |
2 | tb | To 3 tb green dill; chopped |
1 | c | Sour cream |
Clean and peel potatoes, slice and cook by adding to boiling salted water, : drain. Chop onion finely, brown lightly in butter, place in casserole, mix with : green dill and sour cream. Add cooked potatoes to this sauce, salt to taste, cover, place in oven. Bake until tender, being careful to prevent burning or too thick a sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
