Title: Deviled Potato Salad
Categories: Vegetable Salad Dressing
Yield: 8 Servings

3/4cPurchased potato salad
  Dressing
1/3cDijonnaise creamy mustard
  Blend
2lbPotatoes, cooked, peeled and
  Cut into cube
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  Lettuce leaves -- optional
  Chopped parsley -- for
  Garnish

In large bowl, combine dressing and mustard blend. Add potatoes and eggs; toss gently to coat. Cover; chill. If desired, spoon into lettuce-lined bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.

Variation: To make Deviled Ham Potato Salad, add 1 cup diced cooked ham with the potatoes and hard-cooked eggs.
