Title: Passover Potato Kugel

6 | md | Potatoes |
2 | Onions -- diced | |
2 | Eggs -- well beaten | |
1/2 | c | Matzo meal |
1/4 | c | Fat |
Salt and pepper -- to taste |
Peel and grate potatoes quickly so they don't turn brown. Squeeze out as much water as you can from potatoes. Add the eggs and mix well. Add matzo meal and mix together. Sauteonions until lightly browned. Add to batter, don't drain off fat. Pour into gre
