12 | md | Potatoes; cooked, chilled |
. peeled & shredded | ||
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | ts | Garlic salt or onion salt |
2 | c | (8oz) shredded cheddar |
. cheese | ||
1 | c | Whipping cream |
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9x2" baking dish.
Mix salt, pepper and garlic salt. Layer potatoes and seasonings in pan. Sprinkle with cheese; pour cream over. Bake 1 hour or until golden.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
