1 | tb | Oil |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
Oil for frying | ||
6 | Potatoes | |
1 | sm | Onion, grated |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | ts | Salt |
Grate potatoes and drain well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop from a spoon into hot oil and brown on both sides.
