3lbPotatoes, peeled and sliced
1lgOnion, chopped
1lbTomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2tbParsley, chopped
2clGarlic, chopped
1/2tsThyme
  Salt and pepper
4cChicken stock

In large bowl, mix all except stock. Place potato mixture into baking dish. Add chicken stock 1/2 or 3/4 way up potatoes. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
