Title: Baked Potato Casserole

Yield: 1 Batch

8 Potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
1lbAmerican cheese, sliced
1cMayonnaise
1/2cOnion, chopped
1/2lbPartially cooked bacon
1/4cSliced olives (opt)
