Title: Baked Potato Casserole

Yield: 1 Batch
| 8 | Potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked | |
| 1 | lb | American cheese, sliced |
| 1 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | lb | Partially cooked bacon |
| 1/4 | c | Sliced olives (opt) |
