Title: Baked Potato Casserole

8 | Potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked | |
1 | lb | American cheese, sliced |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | lb | Partially cooked bacon |
1/4 | c | Sliced olives (opt) |
