Title: Onions & Potatoes Au Gratin

4 | lg | Potatoes; peeled |
5 | Stalks celery; chopped | |
3 | tb | Butter |
5 | lg | Onions; chopped |
3/4 | lb | Grated cheese |
1 | c | Milk |
Paprika | ||
Chopped parsley | ||
Salt; to taste | ||
Pepper; to taste |
Preheat oven to 325?; lightly grease baking dish.
Boil potatoes and celery until barely tender. Fry onions in butter until cooked, but not brown. Layer potatoes, onions and cheese in baking dish, ending with cheese. Pour milk over; season with salt & pepper. Bake until heated through.
