1 | tb | Butter |
2 | c | Broccoli florettes, steamed |
And cut into 1/2 inch pieces | ||
For 2 minutes | ||
2 | Greenn onions, chopped tops | |
And all | ||
4 | Eggs, beaten | |
Salt and pepper | ||
Yogurt | ||
Chopped green onions |
make mashed potatoes with milk and butter. stir in beaten eggs. steam broccoli. mix broccoli, onions into mashed potatoes. add s+p. ladel 1/2 cup on greased gridle. brown cakes 7-10 minutes on each side or until crisp and cooked through. serve topped with yogurt and green onions. serves 4-6.
