Title: Crabby Potatoes

Yield: 4 Servings
1 1/2 | lb | Red New Potatoes |
1/4 | lb | Crab Meat |
2 | tb | Chives -- minced |
1 | tb | Parsley -- chopped |
1 | ts | Olive Oil |
2 | tb | Nonfat Mayonnaise |
2 | tb | Nonfat Yogurt |
2 | ts | Lemon Juice |
3 | tb | Parmesan Cheese |
Bake potatoes in a 350 degree oven until tender (30-45 min). Let cool. Cut into quarters.
In a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Stir in potatoes. Place into a shallow baking dish.
Broil 4" from heat until golden. Serve hot.
