Title: Potatoes & Ham with Cheese Sauce

1tbButter or margarine
1tsSalt
1cMilk
2cPotatoes,diced
2tbFlour
  Pepper
1/2cProcessed cheese,shredded
1cHam,diced,cooked

1. Melt butter in a skillet, blend in flour, salt and pepper. 2. Add milk slowly; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. 3. Remove from heat; add cheese. 4. Put alternate layers of potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish; pour cheese sauce over top. 5. Cover and bake in preheated 375'F. oven 30 minutes. 6. Remove cover; bake 10 minutes longer.
