1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Milk |
2 | c | Potatoes,diced |
2 | tb | Flour |
| | Pepper |
1/2 | c | Processed cheese,shredded |
1 | c | Ham,diced,cooked |
1. Melt butter in a skillet, blend in flour, salt and pepper.
2. Add milk slowly; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring
constantly.
3. Remove from heat; add cheese.
4. Put alternate layers of potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish; pour
cheese sauce over top.
5. Cover and bake in preheated 375'F. oven 30 minutes.
6. Remove cover; bake 10 minutes longer.
