4 | sl | Bacon, cooked and crumbled |
2 | Hard-cooked eggs -- diced | |
1 | c | Purchased potato salad |
Dressing | ||
Shredded lettuce |
In large bowl, combine potatoes, cherry tomatoes, bacon and eggs. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Spoon salad onto shredded lettuce=lined platter
