3/4cTurkey, cooked, diced (from Braised Turkey Drumsticks)
1/4cCelery, chopped
1cCooked diced potato (peeled)
1tbOnion, chopped
2tbGreen pepper, chopped
2tbSalad dressing mayonnaise-type
1/4tsPrepared mustard
1/8tsSalt

2 servings of about 1 cup each 230 calories per serving

1. Mix turkey, celery, potato, onion, and green pepper.

2. Mix salad dressing, mustard, and salt. Stir lightly into turkey

3. Chill
