2 | tb | DIJON-STYLE MUSTARD |
1 | cn | SALMON, DRAINED |
1/4 | c | LIGHT RUM |
2 | | HARDCOOKED EGGS, CHOPPED |
2 | tb | LEMON JUICE |
| | SALT TO TASTE |
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more
rum if necessary. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve
on toast or crackers, or as a filling for pastries. Garnish with fresh
