Title: Mermaid Salmon Dip

Yield: 6 Servings

1cn6 1/8 oz Chicken of Sea
  Skinless, boneless Pink
  Salmon, Drained.
1 12 oz fat free cream cheese
  Softened
1/4cGreen onion, finely chopped
  Including some green tops
1tbRed bell pepper, chopped

: Place Salmon, cream cheese, and 3 tablespoons green onion in mixing bowl. Mix well with fork until smooth. Garnish with red pepper and remaining tablespoon of green onion. Chill until serving. Recipe can fill an 8 oz. round loaf, hollowed. Makes 6 1/4 cup servings.
