Title: Smoked-Salmon Canapes #2

1/4 | c | Finely chopped green onions |
1/4 | ts | Dried whole dillweed |
1/8 | ts | Ground white pepper |
1/4 | c | Nonfat process cream cheese |
Product -- softened | ||
1 | ts | Skim milk |
16 | sl | Party-style pumpernickel |
Bread -- toasted | ||
4 | oz | Thinly sliced smoked salmon |
(1 package) | ||
Fresh dillweed sprigs -- | ||
(optional) |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture over each bread slice; top with salmon. Yield: 16 appetizers (serving size: 1 appetizer).
