Title: Salmon Dill Salad with Pasta Shells

Yield: 6 Servings
1/2 | lb | Tiny shells or twists |
1/4 | lb | Smoked salmon |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/4 | c | Yogurt |
3 | tb | Chopped shallots |
Finely chopped fresh dill |
Cut the salmon into slivers. Toss into a dressing made of the mayo, yogurt, shallots and dill. Mix with the pasta, and refrigerate the salad for several hrs to let it mellow. Taste for seasoning; you may need to add pepper, but no salt.
