Title: Potlatch Salmon

Yield: 6 Servings
6 | 8-oz. salmon steaks | |
1 | tb | Juniper berries; (about 50) |
2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper ----garnish----- |
Lemon wedges; or lime wedges | ||
Mayonnaise |
Lightly crush juniper berries. Push 6-8 berries into each steak. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Grill over coals 5-6 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon wedges and mayonnaise.
Serves 6.
