1 | cn | (210 g) red salmon |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/4 | c | Celery, finely diced |
1 | tb | Chives, snipped |
3 | Sheets flat Lavash bread |
Drain salmon, remove skin, and mix with mayonnaise, celery and chives. Keep the bread covered during preparation to avoid drying out. Spread one third of the mixture on each sheet of bread in an even layer, extending to the edges. Roll up to form a log, wrap firmly in foil, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, or until needed. Slice across into 1 cm wide slices.
