Title: Peppered Salmon Fillets with Minted Tomato Salsa

1 | tb | Chopped fresh basil |

Cooking spray -- to coat | ||

2 | tb | Dijon mustard |
1 | ts | Coarsely ground pepper |

SALSA: Combine first six ingredients (tomato through lemon juice) in a bowl; set aside.
Place salmon on prepared broiler pan. Spread each fillet with 1/2 teaspoon mustard; sprinkle with pepper. Broil ~10 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand 2 minutes; serve with salsa.
