Title: Oven "Fried" Salmon Patties

Yield: 1 Serving

1 Egg; beaten
1 Broken saltines
2 Minced onion
2 Chopped parsley
1 Salmon; (15 ozs.) flaked
2 Fresh lemon juice
  Salt and pepper
1 Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Beat egg with a fork in a medium size bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape in eight 1/2 inch thick patties. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides. Can also be fried on stovetop.
