Title: Campbell Soup - Little Salmon Loaves with Mus

Yield: 4 Servings
2 | cn | Salmon -- drained & flaked |
1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 | Egg -- slightly beaten | |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Fine dry bread crumbs |
2 | ts | Prepared horseradish |
1/2 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1/4 | c | Sour cream |
2 | tb | Water |
1/4 | c | Chopped tomatoes |
2 | ts | Chopped chives |
In bowl, combine salmon, 1/4 cup soup, egg, onion, crumbs, horseradish and mustard; mix well. Pack into well-buttered individual molds or custard cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, unmold.
