3 | Lemon | |
6 | c | Water |
10 | Pearl onions -- peeled | |
1/2 | Stalk celery with leaves | |
2 | Sprigs parsley | |
3 | sm | Bay leaves |
12 | Peppercorns -- crushed | |
2 | tb | Salt |
2 | c | Mayonnaise |
4 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1/3 | c | Lemon juice |
