Title: Spiced Salmon Loaf

15 1/2 | oz | Can salmon* |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | ts | Dried dill |
1 1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
4 | dr | Tabasco |
1/4 | c | Oat bran |
2 | | Beaten eggs |
1 | ts | Butter |
*Drained and flaked. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flaked salmon or
tuna with onion, celery, lemon juice, and dill in mixing bowl Add remaining
seasonings. Stir in the oat bran. Blend in eggs. Pour into buttered loaf
