Title: Spiced Salmon Loaf

15 1/2ozCan salmon*
1/2cChopped onion
1/2cChopped celery
2tbLemon juice
1tsDried dill
1 1/2tsWorcestershire sauce
4drTabasco
1/4cOat bran
2 Beaten eggs
1tsButter

*Drained and flaked. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flaked salmon or tuna with onion, celery, lemon juice, and dill in mixing bowl Add remaining seasonings. Stir in the oat bran. Blend in eggs. Pour into buttered loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. From: Jalex@direct.Ca (Jeanie)
