Title: Roasted Salmon

2 | lb | Boneless salmon fillets |
2 | tb | Honey |
1 | tb | Coarse mustard |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine, melted |
Remove any small pin bones from the salmon with pliers. Coat a 7x11 inch baking dish with no stick spray. Add the salmon, skin side down. In a cup, whisk together the honey, mustard and butter or margarine. Brush over the salmon fillet. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
