Title: Lemon-Crab Spread

Yield: 3 Cups
1 | lb | Imitation crab meat (you can also use crabmeat, smoked fish, |
1/4 | c | Finely chopped chives |
Finely grated rind of one lemon | ||
1/2 | ts | Lemon juice or to taste |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Separate crabmeat or fish with a fork until finely shredded.
In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add crabmeat; mix; chill.
Serve with crackers or dipping vegetables.
